The Upper Gardner Street Market is open every Saturday from 9am and sells local produce and vegetables.

From Rags to Riches

This session runs from 10.30am to 1.00pm every 4th Saturday of the month and is held at the Green Centre at 39 Manor Hill, Brighton. Please call 01273 687700 to book your place.

Throughout the year, Rags to Riches shows you how we take your rubbish and transform it, raising money to support a host of charities who are changing lives throughout the world including;

Lupus Brighton & Hove, Lupus UK, Survival International, Pens for Kids, Omushana, Vision Aid Overseas, Workaid, AFRIpad, Coffee Kids, Right Hearts Against Poverty, RNIB, Roundabout Children's Nursery, Disasters and Emergency Committee (DEC).

Law of Mother Earth Campaign

In December 2012, Bolivia became the first country in the world to recognize the rights of our Mother Earth. In doing so they adopted a Law which nurtures and protects our planet and recognizes most respectfully that the Earth provides us with everything we need to live.

We invite you to come and join us at the Green Centre at 39 Manor Hill, Brighton from 2pm till 4.30pm and share your views and ideas as we finds ways to follow the path of our Bolivian friends.

Rag N' Bone

We are delighted to bring you an old favourite, our Rag N' Bone with Mary and Buddy the horse. Now in its 3rd year, our Rag N' Bone remains as popular as ever.

Held on the 4th Saturday of the month from April to September, Mary and Buddy tour through East Brighton collecting your unwanted goods.
