Yes audio cassettes can be reused and recycled.

REUSE
You may be able to reuse your audio tapes by selling them or giving them away but demand is practically zero! 

• Charity shops are unlikely to accept them. 
• You can give them away or sell them at a car boot sale or use a number of online platforms including Gumtree, Friday-Ad, Facebook selling pages and other online platforms. 
• You can also give them away for free through Freegle.

RECYCLED
Where?

• They can be recycled with Terracycle however you need to purchase a Cassette Tape Zero Waste Box for this scheme. The cost for a small box is £133.46.
