DID YOU KNOW?
It is estimated that we throw away over 600m batteries in the UK each year.
Only 27% of batteries are recycled in the UK, resulting in more than 20,000 tonnes of battery waste straight to the landfill.
In the first instance please consider using rechargeable batteries. They are a viable environmental alternative to disposable batteries as they can be recharged up to 1,000 times and are much more powerful. The USBCELLbattery can be used in normal battery applications and can be recharged simply by plugging it into a USB port.
