Yes tea lights can be recycled.

  • The Green Centre at Brighton Open Market. More details here.

How?

  • It is only the aluminium part of the tea light which can be recycled.
  • Remove all the candle wax and the small round metal disc which anchors the wick as it is made from ferrous metal and not aluminium (see picture).

DID YOU KNOW?
